Yea, another dedication... Mainly because I used someone's picture to make this "hotwire" wallpaper. Want to know how I did this effect? Visit KK and see the tutorial! This is how Sandy was born. I just made that little background thing out of nowhere! The reason I made this whole wallpaper was a gift to AIFB! I felt bad since I hadn't been on the internet for a while to make anything for my friends, so I made that as a gift.
